What you can do with KyraForm

Tickets and fees in the form

Charge a fixed price, let people pick a ticket type, or calculate the total from their choices. Payments go straight to your own Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal, PayU, Paytm or BillDesk account.

Seat limits and deadlines

Schedule when registration opens and closes, and stop taking responses automatically when the event is full.

Multi-day and multi-session

Ask which days or sessions someone will attend, and show follow-up questions only when they apply.

Share anywhere

Send the link, print the QR code on posters, or embed the form on your event page inline, as a popup or as a slide-in.

Live attendee list

Every registration lands in KyraForm and, if you like, as a new row in Google Sheets or a message in Slack.

Group and team sign-ups

Use a table question to register several attendees at once, with a calculated total for the whole group.

How to create an event registration form

  1. 1

Start from a template or a sentence

Pick the event registration template, or describe your event to the AI form builder: "Two-day meetup in Chennai: name, email, phone, which day, t-shirt size".

  2. 2

    Add tickets and limits

Turn on payments, set the ticket price or a formula, and set a response limit equal to your capacity.

  3. 3

    Publish and share

Copy the link, download the QR code or embed the form on your website. Schedule the closing date so late sign-ups are handled for you.

  4. 4

    Track attendees

Watch registrations arrive, export to Excel or PDF for check-in, and keep Google Sheets in sync automatically. Add your Google Analytics or Meta Pixel ID to see which ads bring sign-ups.

What to ask on an event registration form

Keep the form short: every extra question costs registrations. These are the fields most events need, in the order people expect them.

  • Full name and email address (for the confirmation)
  • Phone number, if you'll send reminders by SMS or WhatsApp
  • Ticket type or which days and sessions they'll attend
  • Organisation or college, for networking events and badges
  • Dietary needs and accessibility requirements
  • T-shirt size, only if you're giving merchandise
  • Consent to your event terms and photography policy

Collect ticket payments without a separate checkout

With most tools you build the form in one place and sell tickets in another, then match the two lists by hand. In KyraForm the payment is part of the form: people fill in their details and pay in the same step, and each registration shows whether it's paid.

The payment is confirmed by your gateway before it's marked as paid, and a payment for the wrong amount is held for you to review. KyraForm takes no commission on ticket sales.

Frequently asked questions
