The publish check

When you select Publish, KyraForm checks the form for problems before it goes live. The check is worked out from the form itself, so it always reflects your latest edits.

Each row has one of three levels:

Level	Meaning	What you can do
Blocking	The form would be broken for respondents.	Fix it. Some rows have a Fix this button that takes you to the right setting.
Warning	Probably a mistake, but the form still works.	Fix it, or select Skip if it’s intentional. A skipped row stops counting, and Undo brings it back.
OK	A summary of what’s set up.	Nothing.

When you’re ready, select Publish without changing this (or publish once nothing is blocking). Back to editing closes the check.

Blocking

Message	Why it blocks	How to fix
This form has no questions yet.	There would be nothing to fill in.	Add at least one question.
This poll doesn’t count any questions yet.	A Poll or vote form must count at least one question.	Fix this, or turn on Count this in the poll on a choice question.
This quiz has no correct answers set, so nothing can be scored.	Quiz forms score against correct answers.	Fix this, or use Score this question on at least one question.
Payment is on but no amount is set.	The payment page wouldn’t know what to charge.	Fix this, or set the amount in Settings → Payment.
A page-logic problem, such as a rule that loops back	Respondents could get stuck.	Fix the rule in page logic.

Warnings

Message	What it means	How to fix
2 questions have no text yet.	Respondents would see a blank question.	Type a Field label, or delete the question.
One vote per email is on, but the form has no email question.	Duplicate-vote checking by email has nothing to check.	Add an Email question, or change Duplicate Vote Prevention.
“X” is required but only shows when “Y” is “Z”, which is not one of its options.	The condition can never be true, so the question never shows, yet it’s required.	Fix the condition value in Condition Visibility.
2 questions are not on any step, so they will not be shown.	On a multi-step form, every question must be on a step.	Add them to a step in Layout and steps.
A page that can never be reached	Page logic always jumps past it.	Change the logic, or remove the page.
2 questions quote answers from a deleted or later question, which will show as empty.	A label uses Insert answer for a question that’s gone or comes later.	Remove or change the inserted answer.
The form is set to not accept responses.	Allow form submissions is off, so the published form won’t take responses.	Turn it on in Settings → Availability, if you want responses now.
