Integrations overview
Integrations send each response somewhere else as it arrives, so you don’t have to export by hand. Set them up per form in Settings → Integrations: “Send responses to other tools as they arrive.”
| Integration | What it does | Plans |
|---|---|---|
| Webhooks | POST each response to any HTTPS URL: your server, Zapier, Make or n8n | All plans |
| Google Sheets | Every response becomes a row in a spreadsheet | Pro and above |
| Slack | A message in a channel for each response | Pro and above |
| Zapier and Make | Connect to thousands of apps | Pro and above |
| Public API | Read forms and responses from your own code | Pro and above |
Who can set them up: people with edit access to the form and permission to export its responses. Forms whose response privacy is Anonymous or Blind review can’t send responses out at all.
Google Sheets
Section titled “Google Sheets”“Every response becomes a row. Existing responses are added when you create the sheet; new questions get new columns.”
- In Settings → Integrations → Google Sheets, connect your Google Account.
- Optionally enter a New spreadsheet name.
- Create the sheet. Open sheet opens it in Google Sheets.
Use Use another account to switch Google accounts, or Remove to stop sending. The spreadsheet itself isn’t deleted.
“Post a message to a channel for each new response.”
- Connect Slack and choose the channel.
- Choose whether to Include answers, which shows “the first five answers” in each message.
Without export permission, or when the form’s privacy doesn’t allow it, “Messages will say a response arrived, without answers.”
