Images and video on questions
Any question can show a picture or a video, for example a product photo, a diagram to label, a sample signature, or a short explainer video.
Add media
Section titled “Add media”- Open the question and, in the Content tab, select Add an image or video.
- Either upload an image, or paste a link: “Paste an image, YouTube or Vimeo link”, then select Add.
- Set the options:

| Caption | Optional text under the image or video. |
| Alt text (images) / Video title (videos) | “Read aloud by screen readers.” Always fill this in for images that carry meaning. Up to 300 characters. |
| Position | Above answer or Below answer. |
| Size | S, M (default), L, or Full to span the whole question. |
Remove media takes it off again.
Limits
Section titled “Limits”- Images: PNG, JPEG, WebP or GIF, up to 5 MB each.
- Videos: YouTube and Vimeo only. KyraForm embeds the video from its ID, so viewers stay on your form and no other part of the link is used.
- Videos aren’t uploaded to KyraForm. If the video is private or deleted on YouTube or Vimeo, it stops playing on your form.
