Billing and plans
Billing in the sidebar (people with Manage billing): “Your plan, usage and invoices. Payments are handled securely by Paddle.”

Upgrade
Section titled “Upgrade”- Open Billing, pick the Billing interval (monthly or yearly), and choose a plan.
- Pay in Paddle’s secure checkout. The price is “Billed today · taxes included”.
- You see “Thanks! Your new plan is active.” If you see “Payment received. Activating your plan…”, refresh after a minute.
Change plan
Section titled “Change plan”Choose another plan on the Billing page. “The difference is charged or credited automatically.”
Invoices
Section titled “Invoices”“Tax invoices from Paddle, our reseller and merchant of record.” Download each one from Invoices. Paddle’s name appears on your card statement.
Cancel
Section titled “Cancel”Select Cancel subscription and confirm. What happens depends on timing:

| Within 7 days of your first payment | It ends now, and that payment is refunded in full automatically. “Refunds usually reach your card within 5–10 business days.” |
| Any later | “Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, then returns to Free.” |
Changed your mind before the period ends? Keep my plan withdraws the cancellation (“Your plan will renew as usual.”). See also the refund policy.
If a payment fails
Section titled “If a payment fails”The Billing page shows Payment failed. Open the payment settings from that page to update your card.
Reaching a limit
Section titled “Reaching a limit”| Limit | What happens |

| Responses per month | Respondents see “This form is not accepting responses right now. Please try again later.” until the count resets on the 1st of the month (UTC), or you upgrade. |
| A paid feature | Turning it on is refused with a message naming the plan that includes it. |
Responses you already have are never deleted because of a plan change.
