Create your account

Everything in KyraForm starts with a personal account. Your account belongs to you, and you use it to join or create one or more organizations, which is where forms and responses live.

Plans: every plan, including Free, starts the same way. You don’t need a card to sign up.

  1. Go to app.kyraform.com/auth/signup, or choose Start free on kyraform.com.

  2. Fill in the five fields on Create your account:

    FieldWhat to enter
First nameYour first name. It appears on responses you review and on your profile.
    Last nameYour last name.
EmailA work address is best. You sign in with this email, and KyraForm sends the confirmation code here.
PasswordAt least 8 characters. Use the eye button to show what you typed.
    Confirm passwordThe same password again.
  3. Select Create account.

  4. On Check your email, enter the Verification code: the 6-digit code KyraForm sent to your address. Your email and password are filled in for you.

  5. Select Verify email. You see Email verified — Welcome to KyraForm and go straight to choosing your workspace.

  1. Go to app.kyraform.com/auth/login, or select Sign in on kyraform.com.
  2. Enter your Email or username and Password, then select Sign in. Or select Sign in with Google.
  3. If you belong to more than one organization, choose one to continue. You can switch later from the sidebar.

Links like Get Pro on the pricing page open sign-up with the plan already chosen (for example ?plan=pro). You still create the account first. You’re asked to pay only after your organization exists, and you can always start on Free and upgrade later from Billing.

ProblemWhat to do
The code never arrivedCheck spam and promotions folders. Under the Verify email button, select send a new code (it’s available 30 seconds after the last one). You see Code sent when it goes out. Always use the newest code.
“Could not create your account”The message under it says why. Most often the email is already registered (sign in instead) or the two passwords don’t match.
“Sign-in failed”Check the email and password. If you linked Google, use Sign in with Google.
I typed the wrong emailSelect Sign up again on the verification screen and start over with the right address.
My company blocks Google sign-inUse email sign-up instead. Both give the same account features.
