Signing in
Section titled “Signing in”| Problem | Fix |

| The verification code didn’t arrive | Check spam, then select send a new code (available 30 seconds after the last). |
| “Sign-in failed” | Check your email and password. If you linked Google, use Sign in with Google. |
| I can’t see my organization | You may be signed in with a different email. Check View profile → Organizations. |
| An invitation isn’t showing | It’s tied to the email it was sent to. Sign in with that address. |
Building and publishing
Section titled “Building and publishing”| Problem | Fix |

| Publish is blocked | Read the Blocking rows in the publish check and select Fix this. |
| My changes aren’t on the live form | The status says Published · unpublished changes. Select Publish again. |
| Try saving again keeps appearing | Your connection dropped. Check your internet, then select it. Don’t close the tab until it says saved. |
| A question never shows | Its visibility condition can’t be met, or it isn’t on any step. |
| A calculation shows nothing | Check the formula for Formula error, and that every question it uses has an answer. Test in Preview. |
| The builder is view-only | Your role or share doesn’t allow editing. Ask an admin. |
| AI options are missing | The AI assistant is on Pro and above. |
| The AI says this month’s messages are used | Pro includes 500 AI messages a month and Ultra 2,000. They reset on the first day of the month, or upgrade for more. |
| The AI left part of a request out | The reply lists what it could not do and why. Ask for that part again, naming the question and the exact value. |
Sharing and respondents

| People see “Form not found” | The form isn’t published, or the link is mistyped. |
| People see “This form has closed.” | Check Closes at, the Response limit and Allow form submissions in Availability. |
| People see “This form is not accepting responses right now” | Your organization reached its monthly response limit. Upgrade or wait for the 1st of the month. |
| The embed is cut off | With Plain iframe, raise the Height (pixels), or switch to Inline, which grows to fit. |
| Respondents are told they can’t respond | Respondent sign-in limits who can respond. Check the Allowed domains or your list. |
| “Sorry, that time was just taken” | Someone booked the last place first. The respondent should pick another time. |
Responses
Section titled “Responses”| Problem | Fix |

| I can see Results but not Submissions | Your role (such as Creator) only allows totals, or the form is Anonymous. See who sees what. |
| Names and emails show as hidden | The form uses Blind review, or your access hides identifying answers. |
| Excel or PDF export is missing | Those formats are on Pro and above. CSV and JSON work on every plan. |
| I deleted a response by mistake | Deletion is permanent. Restore from an earlier export if you have one. |
Payments and integrations

| “Payment is on but no amount is set.” | Set the amount. |
| Checkout doesn’t open in an embed | It opens in a new tab. Check the browser didn’t block the pop-up. |
| A webhook is failing | Open its delivery log and read the Problem. Your endpoint must reply 2xx within 10 seconds on a public HTTPS address. |
| A webhook was switched off | It failed 50 times in a row or replied 410. Fix the endpoint, then turn it back on. |
| Google Sheets or Slack can’t be connected | You need export access to the form’s responses, and the form can’t be Anonymous or Blind review. |
Is there a limit on questions per form? No fixed limit. For long forms, use steps so respondents aren’t overwhelmed.
Can respondents save and come back later? Yes, with Partial Submission (Save & Resume) in Access and security. It needs OTP verification so KyraForm knows who is returning. Surveys always save incomplete responses.
Can I copy a form? Yes: Form setup → Actions → Duplicate form. Or Save as template to reuse it across your organization.
Can I move a form to another team? Yes, with the Move form to another team permission, in Settings → Team and sharing.
Do respondents need an account? No, unless you turn on respondent sign-in or OTP verification.
