Tabs on the responses page
Section titled “Tabs on the responses page”| Tab | Shows | Appears for |
|---|---|---|
| Submissions | Every response as a row in a table. | People allowed to see individual responses |
| Results (Survey report on surveys) | Charts and totals for each question. | Everyone with access to the form |
| Leaderboard | Ranked scores. | Quiz or assessment forms |
| Analytics | Pass rate, scores, and question and section performance. | Quiz or assessment forms |
| Poll results | Vote counts per option. | Poll or vote forms |

If your role only allows aggregate results, you see Results but not the rows. The page says “Your role gives you aggregate results for this form, not individual responses.”
The Submissions table
Section titled “The Submissions table”| Control | What it does |

Results
Section titled “Results”The Results tab summarises the whole form:
- Total responses, Last 7 days, Average answer rate and Active days.
- Response activity: a chart over time.
- Key observations: the question with the Highest participation, the one Most often skipped, and the Most selected answer.
- Question results: for each choice, rating and number question, the answer rate and the spread of answers, with Average and Median where they make sense.
Free-text answers aren’t shown in Results, so the summary never exposes what someone typed. On surveys the tab also shows Survey starts, Incomplete responses and the Completion rate.
